In this space, you’ll be guided through a 20-minute guided meditation practice designed to help you reconnect with your breath, your body, and your inner calm. Meditation here isn’t about “clearing your mind” or doing it perfectly—it’s about experiencing the fullness and wholeness of who you already are.

Practice Meditation at Waterside Wellness in Elk Rapids

What Should i expect when attending a group guided meditation?

Group guided meditations are 30 minutes. The first 10 minutes are to discuss a topic or check in on how people in the group are feeling. The guided meditation portion is 20 minutes in total and mainly focuses on coming into the moment, which in-turn helps with settling the body and mind through various meditation styles i.e.; body scan, mindfulness meditation, breath awareness, mantra meditations, love & kindness meditation.

Primordial Sound Meditation:
Primordial sound meditation - $165 
Primordial sound meditation 2 day class - $195

Private Meditation Sessions:
Private 1:1 session - $40

Private Group Guided Meditations:
In-studio session for 4 people - $100
Add an additional person for $25/per person. Group sizes up to 8 people can be accommodated. 


what is the pricing for meditation?

Do you offer group guided meditation classes outside of the studio?

Yes! I'd love to host a group guided session at your home or place of work. I charge $30/person which includes travel time and prep for meditation. This option is available for group sizes ranging from 5-20 people. 
Additionally, Zoom sessions are available by request.

A private session is a 10-20 min session - $25/per person
